Sims Engineering Systems Ltd manufacture cropping and de‐gating solutions to remove plastic gates, sprues or excess material from moulded parts using cutting blades or trimming punches.

These cropping and de‐gating solutions can be standalone or integrated into another machine or injection moulding process.

These solutions can either be manually operated or fully automated depending upon foot-print availability and volume requirements.
