Sims Engineering Systems Ltd has extensive experience and knowledge in manufacturing plastic punch and weld machines for automotive and domestic applications.
Our machines are used by the majority of the UKs automotive OEM companies to punch holes and weld parts into interior and exterior components.
We design and manufacture most of our punches and dies in-house and can punch holes for many applications such as parking sensors, headlamps, headlamp washers, instrument panels, and tow eyes. Furthermore, we collaborate with Branson Ultrasonics to provide customized welding and staking solutions.
